I would hate to be in a situation that required a faster response. While lotion is not a critical item, it took 5 hours and 3 reminders to the front desk for us to finally receive anything. Another 2 hours pass before we went downstairs to ask the front desk again. We called down to ask again and were told the lotion would be sent up. ![]() 3 hours later, no one had come by our room. The receptionist was unable to locate any and told us she would send some up to our room. We approached the front desk physically and asked for more lotion for our room. ![]() We unfortunately had to find functional internet elsewhere.įinally, the front desk is understaffed and slow to respond. My fiancé and I had work to finish and several important emails to answer. The remaining two nights, internet service was incredibly slow - to the point it was unusable. Second, the internet went down the first night we were at the property. During busy hours like around 7-9am or 3pm, you can stand around waiting for an elevator for up to 10min. There are only 3 for the entire hotel, including staff. First, it takes a while to get an elevator. Unfortunately, there were numerous inconveniences throughout our stay. Breakfast consisted of a good mix of hot and cold items. It’s about a 15min walk from the Magnificent Mile and 15min Uber to the Navy Pier. The hotel was great in terms of safety, location, and breakfast.
